Separate Blogs, Reconsidered

As Operation: Leap of Faith continues to move forward into reality, I'm rethinking my decision to have just one blog.

I love Idiosyncratic Life, and if you are a client bride, co-worker lurker, etc., you're welcome to stick around and read all you like. But I'm still censoring myself here, thinking about people who might click over from Milestone Images for professional purposes only and wondering what they think about it the nom de plume "Chunky Photojournalist Barbie."

Also, I wanted to learn Wordpress, and I want to show off my photos with much larger pictures. So now, after five days of blood, sweat, tears, widgets, coding, FTPing admin permissions and linking databases to themes... I proudly introducemy professional blog. Ta da!

Let me know what you think, and as always when I introduce a project I've been working way too closely on, let me know if you catch any typos. Please go! Clicky!

I generally think it's a good idea to keep personal & professional lives separate. There are some things I just don't think co-workers need to know about my life, you know? It's why I'm not friends with them on Facebook, either.

The new blog is very pretty. I love WordPress, glad you got a chance to play around with it!

I love your new blog! It is so classy and professional and I totally know how all that blood, sweat, FTPing, etc. goes with Wordpress. not an easy task whatsoever, but very rewarding when it finally works!

And of course I'm still going to lurk here. : ) Yay!

I didn't notice any typos (lol, I just typed "typoes" as I wrote that!) but you do have both "food" and "culinary" in the list of things that you shoot. Just FYI.

Looks good. :)
